Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods
We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days) and expedited shipping (1-2 business days) within the United States. All shipments are sent in discreet, temperature-appropriate packaging to maintain product integrity during transit.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free on orders over $150. Orders below $150 incur a flat shipping fee of $12.95. Expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
International Shipping
Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. This policy ensures compliance with all applicable import and export regulations governing research compounds.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may have additional shipping restrictions based on state or local regulations. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any location where the sale or transport of specific compounds is prohibited.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund.
