Return Policy

General Return Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges of opened products for safety and quality reasons.

Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to our approval.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Do not return damaged products without first contacting us and receiving a return authorization.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened products, products with broken seals, and products returned without prior authorization are non-returnable. Additionally, products marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. If approved, we will provide a return shipping address and instructions.

Returned products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

All products are sold for research purposes only. We do not accept returns based on research outcomes or experimental results. The suitability of any product for a specific research application is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
